Assist the Store Manager in leading retail operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences at Curaleaf's Stuart location. **What you'll do** - Develop, lead, and motivate the team to achieve financial targets and build brand loyalty - Operate as Manager on Duty; model selling behaviors and customer service best practices - Supervise store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash management - Analyze inventory trends, manage orders, and maintain knowledge of POS systems and company technology **What they're looking for** - Retail management or supervisory experience - Strong customer service and team leadership skills - Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management - Open availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights **Details** - Location: Stuart, FL - Type: Full-Time - Travel: 10–25% - Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year
