Back of House Supervisor at PharmaCann in Bronx, NY, managing inventory, compliance, and operational procedures for cannabis retail dispensary operations. **What you'll do** - Oversee inventory initiatives, receiving orders, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment - Ensure store audit compliance and implement operational policies and procedures - Manage inventory team, deliver strategic direction, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly - Collaborate with cross-divisional teams and ensure compliance with safety and security policies **What they're looking for** - Expertise in inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment - Experience recruiting, hiring, training managers and employees on operational standards - Ability to manage team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews - Strong communication and collaboration skills with other managers and HR **Details** - Location: Bronx, NY (On-site) - Salary: $24 per hour
