Harvest Technician supporting post-cultivation operations at Green Thumb Industries in Low Moor, VA. **What you'll do** - Participate in cannabis harvest, including plant harvesting, flower room sanitization, and material handling - Dry wet cannabis plants and accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials - Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance regulations including GMP and biosecurity requirements - Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment; report safety and quality concerns **What they're looking for** - High school diploma or GED (degree or certifications preferred) - Effective time-management, multitasking, and ability to work well in teams - Physical capability: lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs with assistance), work in heat (85°F+) and humidity (70%+) for extended periods - Minimum 21 years old with valid state ID; ability to obtain and maintain state badging **Details** - Location: Low Moor, VA - Salary: $17.50–$18.00/hour
