Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf in Phoenix, AZ, managing inventory accuracy and compliance across production and warehouse operations. **What you'll do** - Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits; reconcile physical and system inventory levels - Assist with lost SKU investigations and prepare weekly compliance reports - Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods; provide training on data collection and auditing procedures **What they're looking for** - 1+ years experience in data management, inventory auditing, or working with inventory systems/Excel - Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs; basic math and Microsoft Office knowledge **Details** - Location: Phoenix, AZ (South HUB) - Type: Full-time, Non-exempt (Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm) - Salary: $17.25–$19.00/hour
