Maintenance Manager overseeing production and facility equipment across 3 sites at Green Thumb Industries in Holyoke, MA. **What you'll do** - Create and coordinate plant maintenance strategy, tactics, and asset management processes - Oversee departmental budget, staffing forecasts, and compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste, and NFPA regulations - Supervise and mentor maintenance associates; ensure all activities meet safety standards - Troubleshoot and develop solutions for PLC-controlled equipment, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and mechanical systems **What they're looking for** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field - 10+ years industrial maintenance experience with 5+ years in a leadership role - Experience managing budgets, manpower forecasts, and financial/operational data - Knowledge of preventative maintenance, material handling, and Lean/TPS/TPM environments **Details** - Location: Holyoke, MA - Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year
