Manager Operationeel Centrum at Tweede Kamer in Den Haag, lead a 24/7 operations team of ~20 professionals managing the command center and information hub for parliamentary security. **What you'll do** - Provide integral leadership to ~20 professionals in the command center and information center; set direction and establish clear roles and responsibilities - Build and develop the Operational Center into a strong, future-proof 24/7 organization with improved professionalization and technology - Manage large-scale incidents and crisis situations; maintain oversight, set priorities, and coordinate between the center and field operations - Foster collaboration, innovation, and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, driving technological advancement and data-driven decision-making **What they're looking for** - Strong leadership and crisis management skills with ability to make decisions under pressure - Experience building and developing high-performing teams and organizations - Ability to integrate people, information, technology, and security processes - Commitment to professionalization, innovation, and continuous improvement **Details** - Location: Den Haag, Netherlands - Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract - Salary: €3,496–€5,535/month (gross, 36-hour week)
