Lead Order Fulfillment Agent at Cresco Labs in Uxbridge, MA, overseeing order tracking and compliance in the cannabis supply chain. **What you'll do** - Create and update manifests for outgoing deliveries and review incoming product manifests - Track all orders in seed-to-sale system and internal sales portal, resolving discrepancies - Complete company and state-required paperwork in organized, timely manner - Serve as resource for production staff on products, policies, procedures, and regulatory changes **What they're looking for** - Knowledge of cannabis products, services, and state regulations - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders - Strong organizational and follow-up skills **Details** - Location: Uxbridge, MA - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm - Salary: $21.50/hour
