Personal Care Specialist engaging with patients and customers in a retail cannabis environment at RISE in Quincy, IL. **What you'll do** - Engage one-on-one with patients and customers to recommend safe and effective products suited to their needs - Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety - Assist with order verification, inventory replenishment, and sales floor maintenance - Complete duties across front-of-house (check-in, sales floor, POS, curbside) and back-of-house (fulfillment, receiving) workstations **What they're looking for** - At least one year of customer service experience; specialty retail experience preferred - Must be 21 years or older with valid driver's license or state ID - Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, nights, and weekends - Must pass background checks and state-specific cannabis employment requirements **Details** - Location: Quincy, IL - Type: Full-time - Salary: $16.50/hour
