Retail Buyer managing vendor relationships and purchasing for STIIIZY's 60+ California retail locations. **What you'll do** - Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of brands, serving as primary point of contact for vendors - Negotiate pricing, purchasing terms, minimum order quantities, lead times, and promotional support - Collaborate with Distribution, HQ Marketing, and Store Operations to align purchasing strategies with product launches and store needs - Monitor inventory performance and make data-driven purchasing decisions to support sales and profitability **What they're looking for** - Strong understanding of retail purchasing, inventory management, and vendor negotiations - Analytical, organized, and commercially minded with comfort using data to drive decisions - Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships while managing multiple brand portfolios - Experience supporting retail operations and cross-functional collaboration **Details** - Location: Vernon, United States - Type: Full-time - Schedule: Monday–Friday on-site at STIIIZY HQ, weekends/holidays as needed
