Cultivation Agent at Cresco Labs in Brookville, PA, performing daily plant care and maintenance to ensure healthy cannabis production and quality control. **What you'll do** - Perform daily plant care including watering, pruning, monitoring health, and harvesting across all growth stages - Assist in transporting plants and maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area - Maintain quality control measures and support the Cultivation Team Lead with assigned tasks - Contribute to the overall success of the cultivation team through consistent plant health management **What they're looking for** - Experience or strong interest in cannabis cultivation and plant care - Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality plant production **Details** - Location: Brookville, PA - Type: Full-time - Salary: $18.50/hour
