Leader in Training at Green Thumb Industries (RISE Dispensary) supervising daily operations and developing leadership skills in Eagan, MN. **What you'll do** - Oversee dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations - Monitor and maintain inventory levels; oversee intake and verification of deliveries and transfers - Lead team members to deliver memorable customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels - Participate in selecting talent, onboarding, training, and scheduling team members **What they're looking for** - At least three years of customer service or retail experience with one year in supervisory role - Cannabis experience preferred - Ability to lead by example and motivate team members - Strong cash handling and compliance knowledge **Details** - Location: Eagan, MN - Salary: $20.00–$21.00/hour
