Full-time Personal Care Specialist connecting patients and customers with the right cannabis products at RISE dispensary in Pasadena, CA. **What you'll do** - Engage one-on-one with patients/customers; educate on products and consumption methods - Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs - Support store operations including check-in, sales floor, POS, fulfillment, and inventory - Maintain compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and safety standards **What they're looking for** - At least one year of customer service experience; specialty retail preferred - Must be 21+ and pass background checks including state cannabis requirements - Valid driver's license or state ID; reliable and dependable attendance - Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, nights, and weekends **Details** - Location: Pasadena, CA - Type: Full-Time - Salary: $19/hour
