Lead sourcing, purchasing, and planning for retail Curaleaf locations in the Northeast region, managing assortment and vendor partnerships. **What you'll do** - Drive strategic direction for assigned categories; analyze market trends and customer preferences - Develop financial plans to meet category sales and margin goals - Oversee product assortment, inventory optimization, and promotional activities - Set pricing strategies and evaluate promotional effectiveness; cultivate vendor partnerships **What they're looking for** - Retail buying, merchandising, or category management experience - Strong analytical and financial planning skills - Vendor negotiation and relationship management expertise - Ability to work on-site 5 days/week and travel 25% **Details** - Location: Stamford, CT or Wakefield, MA - Type: Full-Time - Travel: 25% - Salary: $71,000–$80,000/year (negotiable based on qualifications)
