Dispatcher for a cannabis producer and retailer, overseeing transportation planning and logistics across cultivation, production, and retail locations in Pennsylvania. **What you'll do** - Plan and schedule daily/weekly transportation routes and driver assignments to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective product movement - Make independent decisions on shipment priorities, delivery schedules, and real-time routing adjustments - Ensure regulatory compliance with transport manifests, inventory tracking, chain-of-custody documentation, and METRC requirements - Manage third-party transportation vendors, negotiate rates, and monitor delivery performance and route efficiency **What they're looking for** - 5+ years of dispatch, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations experience including route planning and vendor management - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and inventory tracking systems (METRC) - Proficiency in routing software, GPS tracking, dispatch tools, and Microsoft Excel; vendor negotiation and communication skills **Details** - Location: Pennsylvania, Remote - Type: Full Time - Age requirement: At least 21 years old; eligible to obtain medical marijuana work credentials
