Leader in Training at RISE Dispensary in Bloomfield, New Jersey, a developmental role on the fast track to Assistant General Manager. **What you'll do** - Oversee dispensary operations including inventory management, delivery intake, and compliance with security and state regulations - Lead by example to deliver memorable customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels - Build and retain high-performing teams through hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching - Manage cash handling, scheduling, and "Leader On Duty" shifts to provide active supervision and team recognition **What they're looking for** - At least three years of customer service or retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role - Ability to actively supervise operations and communicate priorities to team members - Strong leadership and team-building skills with focus on positive customer journey - Cannabis experience preferred **Details** - Location: Bloomfield, New Jersey, United States - Salary: $22.00–$23.00 per hour
