Full-time lead cultivation associate overseeing harvest operations at Curaleaf in Ravena, NY. **What you'll do** - Lead plant care tasks including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, and pruning - Monitor and maintain ideal growing conditions; inspect plants and remove those not meeting standards - Oversee harvest, curing, and inventory processes; operate and maintain cultivation systems - Support high-demand periods with product preparation and packaging **What they're looking for** - Natural green thumb with professional or home harvesting experience - Team-focused mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment - Curiosity, reliability, and commitment to cross-training and shared knowledge **Details** - Location: Ravena, NY - Type: Full-time - Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM - Salary: $21.50/hour
