Assistant Store Manager at Curaleaf dispensary in Manchester, CT, supporting store leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **What you'll do** - Assist Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating team to deliver exceptional customer experience - Operate as Manager on Duty as assigned; model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture - Monitor customer service quality, offer feedback and coaching to team members - Supervise store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, register counts, and inventory management **What they're looking for** - Proactive communication with management and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue - Knowledge of computer and technology systems including registers and LeafLogix software - Ability to analyze inventory trends and manage stock to avoid outs and overstock - Open availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights **Details** - Location: Manchester, CT - Type: Full-time, exempt (bonus eligible) - Salary: $55,000–$61,000/year
