Assist the Store Manager at Curaleaf's Greensburg, PA location in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **What you'll do** - Assist Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Operate as Manager on Duty as assigned; model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture - Monitor customer service, offer coaching, and share best practices with team members - Supervise store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, register counts, and inventory management - Maintain knowledge of computer systems (registers, LeafLogix, etc.) and ensure compliance with policies **What they're looking for** - Leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop team members - Strong customer service and sales skills with product knowledge - Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems - Open availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights **Details** - Location: Greensburg, PA - Type: Full-time, Exempt (Bonus Eligible) - Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year
