Cash Operations Confirmation Associate verifying delivery and payment documentation for a cannabis wholesale platform in Oakland. **What you'll do** - Review and verify payment evidence for cash-on-delivery and must-pay orders, including signed manifests and payment confirmations - Identify missing or incomplete documentation and escalate discrepancies to senior staff - Oversee driver cash intake, payment bag verification, and chain-of-custody controls - Validate delivery and payment status in internal systems and maintain audit-ready records **What they're looking for** - 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, accounting support, operations, or audit roles - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot documentation inconsistencies - Familiarity with SOP-driven environments and compliance requirements **Details** - Location: Oakland - Salary: $24 per hour
