Cultivation Agent (Clone/Propagation) at Cresco Labs in Lincoln, IL, support cannabis plant production from clone through vegetative stage. **What you'll do** - Perform daily plant care including cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, and applying pesticides/fungicides - Monitor plant health and maintain quality control in vegetative and propagation gardens - Keep production areas clean, organized, and fully stocked - Support inventory and compliance with state regulations **What they're looking for** - Two years of production experience, preferably in a regulated field - Knowledge of plant care and cultivation practices - Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures **Details** - Location: Lincoln, IL - Type: Full Time (Monday–Friday, 6:20 AM–2:50 PM) - Salary: $19.25/hour
