Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf in Taneytown, MD supporting the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. **What you'll do** - Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, and pruning - Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions - Inspect plants for health issues, pests, or disease and remove non-standard plants - Assist with harvest, curing, and inventory tracking in electronic systems - Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems **What they're looking for** - Natural green thumb and genuine passion for working with plants - Experience harvesting in professional or home gardening settings - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-focused environment - Curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn all aspects of cultivation **Details** - Location: Taneytown, MD - Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt - Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM - Salary: $17/hour
