Cultivation Technician III - Propagation

Cultivation Technician III overseeing propagation operations at PharmaCann's greenhouse in Hamptonburgh, NY. **What you'll do** - Conduct research and trials to continuously improve nursery operations including motherstock, vegetative growth, and clone care - Lead and coordinate Cultivation Technicians during propagation operations, ensuring SOP compliance and accurate record keeping - Monitor propagation performance, maintain batch counts, and implement improvements as needed - Train and mentor technicians on standard nursery processes and operating procedures **What they're looking for** - High school diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related cultivation experience; must be 21+ - Proficiency in clone care, mother care, genetic holding, nursery NAV tasks, and record keeping - Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Strong understanding of cultivation fundamentals and greenhouse sanitation principles **Details** - Location: Hamptonburgh, NY - Salary: $24.90/hour
