Process and cure dried cannabis products with precision and efficiency as a Cure Technician at PharmaCann's Lothian, MD cultivation facility. **What you'll do** - Organize and process dried cannabis product, ensuring proper drying and curing; sort through machinery and trim product to desired specifications - Operate and maintain machinery for sorting and trimming dried cannabis; perform quality assurance reviews and communicate concerns to leadership - Record data entries, weigh-ins, and maintain accurate logs and labels; meet daily quotas and support team goals - Assist other departments with Post Harvest, Production, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks as needed **What they're looking for** - Ability to work efficiently and accurately at an effective pace with professionalism and safety - Comfort with machinery operation and data entry/spreadsheet work - Proactive participation in training and commitment to high standard cultivation practices **Details** - Location: Lothian, MD - Salary: $19.50/hour
