Inventory Coordinator

Support inventory accuracy and compliance operations at Curaleaf's Fargo, ND facility. **What you'll do** - Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across production areas - Reconcile physical and system inventory levels; verify finished goods from manufacturing - Assist with lost SKU investigations and report discrepancies with proper documentation - Prepare weekly compliance reports and support audit needs; provide backup delivery driver coverage 1–2 times monthly **What they're looking for** - 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and inventory systems - Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and compliance knowledge - Ability to work independently and support continuous process improvement **Details** - Location: Fargo, ND - Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt - Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (extended to 12 hours on backup delivery days) - Salary: $18.25–$20.00/hour
