Lead retail operations and customer experience at Curaleaf's Tallahassee store, guiding the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets. **What you'll do** - Create a warm, welcoming environment; coach team on consultative selling and product education - Execute opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and inventory management - Lead inventory counts and overnight audits; maintain store cleanliness and compliance - Achieve daily KPI goals through upselling and customer relationship building **What they're looking for** - Retail leadership and customer service expertise - Strong sales and performance management skills - Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays - Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management **Details** - Location: Tallahassee, FL (2121 W Tennessee St Unit 10) - Type: Full-Time - Salary: $17.50/hour
