The Packaging Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the manufacturing level. This role requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for our clientele. You will be reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager. THE OPPORTUNITY The Packaging Lead supports the manufacturing team in the packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment of cannabis-based products. This role ensures regulatory compliance, production efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards while guiding the packaging team to meet operational goals.
