Personal Care Specialist at Green Thumb Industries (RISE) in Silver Spring, MD, engaging with patients and customers in a retail dispensary environment. **What you'll do** - Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment; educate on products, consumption methods, and safety - Recommend safe and effective products suited to each patient/customer's needs; remain up to date on product knowledge - Assist with order delivery verification, inventory counts, and maintaining sales floor stock and store presentation - Support management with retail operations, compliance with local and state cannabis regulations, and security procedures **What they're looking for** - At least one year of customer service experience; specialty retail experience preferred - Ability to work varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends) with reliable, dependable attendance - Must be 21 years or older; valid driver's license or state ID - Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements **Details** - Location: Silver Spring, MD, On-site - Type: Full-time - Salary: $18 per hour
