Lead financial operations and plant management at a Green Thumb cannabis manufacturing facility in Abingdon, VA, overseeing monthly closing, budgeting, and operational analysis. **What you'll do** - Perform monthly financial closing in accordance with GAAP and prepare variance analysis with facility leadership - Coordinate physical inventories, SOX compliance, and audits; maintain fixed asset register and depreciation - Prepare daily/weekly labor utilization plans and lead annual budget and monthly forecasts - Lead site-level financial meetings, analyze KPI data, and provide financial visibility to business partners - Hire, train, and develop site-level finance resources **What they're looking for** - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field - Experience with financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis - Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and ERP systems - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights to operations management **Details** - Location: Abingdon, VA - Type: Not specified - Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year
