Post-Harvest Associate at Story Cannabis in Abell, MD, supporting final cultivation stages through trimming, curing, and preparing cannabis flower for packaging. **What you'll do** - Trim, de-stem, bucket, and sort cannabis product according to harvest standards - Perform quality control assessments and identify pests, mold, seeds, or quality concerns - Operate, maintain, and clean trim machines - Hang product in dry room and manage product handling and storage - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper labeling throughout the process **What they're looking for** - High school diploma or GED required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance standards - Ability to manage high-volume production - Positive attitude and teamwork mindset **Details** - Location: Abell, MD - Salary: $17/hour
