Production Scheduler at Green Thumb Industries in Oglesby, IL, owning day-to-day and week-to-week production schedules for a cannabis manufacturer. **What you'll do** - Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all product categories, converting monthly plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules - Sequence production to optimize throughput, minimize changeovers, and protect quality while adjusting for demand changes, labor availability, material constraints, and QA timing - Integrate state and company regulatory requirements into production schedules, including batch size limits, lot dependencies, and mandatory QA hold timelines - Monitor and manage WIP and Finished Goods inventory to align with shipment velocity and sales forecasts **What they're looking for** - Ability to think ahead, stay flexible, and adapt to changing priorities and real-world constraints - Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and cannabis regulatory compliance - Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Compliance teams - Detail-oriented problem-solver who can balance competing priorities (SLA, inventory risk, compliance, profitability) **Details** - Location: Oglesby, IL - Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year
