Senior Accountant at Green Thumb Industries in Chicago, IL, supporting operational accounting and financial functions for the Managed Services Accounting team (hybrid, 2 days/week on-site). **What you'll do** - Oversee financials including expense reports, corporate card transactions, payroll, and vendor billing - Perform period-end close responsibilities and maintain shared email inboxes for internal customers - Reconcile corporate card and payroll transactions; review expense reports and intercompany billbacks - Analyze travel credits and compliance; partner on special projects and process improvements **What they're looking for** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of accounting experience - Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency; Sage Intacct and SAP Concur preferred - Self-directed, innovative, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments - Superior communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail **Details** - Location: Chicago, IL - Type: Full-time (hybrid) - Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year
