Trim Tech I at Parallel/NETA in Franklin, MA, join the harvest team processing premium cannabis products. **What you'll do** - Wet trim 15–25 harvested cannabis plants daily and assist with dry trimming, de-sticking, and post-harvest processing - Inspect plant material to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained - Work collaboratively with a team of 8–16 Trim Technicians and maintain a clean, organized, compliant work environment - Meet daily and weekly production goals and accurately complete assigned tasks with attention to detail **What they're looking for** - Must be 21+ with High School Diploma or GED and valid government-issued photo ID - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced team setting - Preferred: 6+ months cannabis, agricultural, greenhouse, or cultivation experience **Details** - Location: Franklin, MA - Type: Full-time - Salary: $15.00–$19.13/hour
