Personal Care Specialist providing one-on-one customer service in a cannabis retail dispensary in Baxter, MN. **What you'll do** - Engage with patients and customers in a retail environment, recommending products and consumption methods tailored to their needs - Educate customers on product safety and usage while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge - Support store operations across front-of-house (checkout, sales floor, POS) and back-of-house (fulfillment, inventory, receiving) duties - Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and maintain store cleanliness and security standards **What they're looking for** - At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail - Must be 21+ years old and pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements - Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends) - Valid driver's license or state ID **Details** - Location: Baxter, MN - Type: Part Time - Salary: $17.25/hour
