Manager, Engineering leading a high-performing team of 4–8 engineers at Dutchie, the leading cannabis technology platform. **What you'll do** - Lead and coach a team of 4–8 engineers with performance management and career development - Provide technical direction on proposals, architecture, and rollout plans - Stay hands-on by contributing code and driving technical improvements - Drive system quality and stability; serve as Incident Commander for live incidents - Partner with Product and Design to align roadmaps and optimize delivery **What they're looking for** - 2+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams - Strong software engineering foundation with prior individual contributor success - Deep understanding of architectural best practices - Strong ownership mindset spanning delivery, technical health, and customer alignment **Details** - Type: Remote - Salary: $153,000–$207,000 per year
