Personal Care Specialist providing one-on-one customer service in a cannabis retail dispensary in Meadville, PA. **What you'll do** - Engage with patients and customers in a retail environment, connecting them with the right products and consumption methods - Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge - Support store operations including order verification, inventory management, POS transactions, and compliance with cannabis regulations - Maintain sales floor presentation, cleanliness, and security standards across front-of-house and back-of-house duties **What they're looking for** - At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in specialty retail - Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends - Must be 21+ with valid driver's license or state ID and pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements - Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
