Controller at Flowhub in Miami, FL, running day-to-day finance operations, the close, and a small accounting team while the Chief of Staff owns strategy. **What you'll do** - Own customer billing, accounts receivable and collections, vendor payments, and tax filings - Keep books reconciled, own the month-end close, and ensure numbers are accurate for board reporting - Manage a two-person accounting team: set priorities, review work, and help them grow - Use AI and automation to handle repetitive work so your time goes to judgment calls **What they're looking for** - Hands-on doer who likes owning details and execution work done well and fast - Comfort with AI and automation to accelerate accounting processes - Ability to spot issues early and communicate them; no desire to build a large finance org **Details** - Location: Miami, FL - Type: Full-time - Remote: Hybrid (3 days on-site at Coconut Grove HQ, rest remote) - Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year
