International Expansion Manager (m/f/d)*

Build Bloomwell's international expansion as a hands-on manager, taking our medical cannabis telemedicine platform into new markets beyond Germany. **What you'll do** - Identify and evaluate high-potential international markets through on-the-ground research, partner calls, and regulatory conversations - Establish first-market setups from scratch: secure partners, licenses, processes, and pilots before full launches - Close deals with local pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and logistics providers - Travel regularly to markets you're building and document learnings into a reusable market entry playbook **What they're looking for** - Proven track record building something from zero (startup, venture building, new business unit, or market launch you owned end-to-end) - Hands-on approach: comfortable with direct partner engagement and finding answers yourself - Experience in regulated markets (medical cannabis, CBD, pharma) is a strong plus - Strong numeracy (business cases, market sizing, unit economics) and cross-cultural negotiation skills - Fluent English and ideally good German; other European languages a bonus **Details** - Location: Frankfurt - Type: Permanent (initially 18 months fixed-term with prospect of long-term continuation) - Salary: Not specified
