AI Automation Engineer (m/w/d)*

AI Automation Engineer at Bloomwell Group in Frankfurt, designing and deploying AI tools and automations that reduce friction across operations, support, and partner networks for a leading health-tech company. **What you'll do** - Build internal KI tools and automation services for Operations, Support, and pharmacy partners; develop AI agents connecting Slack, Jira, internal APIs, and language models - Implement customer automations in HubSpot and improve data quality by identifying and automating the cleanup of duplicates and gaps - Work at the intersection of the app and marketplace; build tools for developers (e.g., KI agents for error analysis, code reviews, documentation) - Prototype quickly, then harden solutions with monitoring, documentation, and clear ownership; ensure DSGVO compliance with sensitive data **What they're looking for** - At least 2 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or comparable role - Strong programming in TypeScript/Node.js and Python; solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, and databases - Practical experience with language models (prompting, tool use, agents, MCP) and daily use of AI coding tools - Process-oriented thinker who delivers simple, working solutions over perfect ones; responsible approach to data and secrets; ability to explain technical concepts clearly **Details** - Location: Frankfurt - Type: Permanent
