Bridge between business units and IT operations as IT Demand & Business Process Manager at Cansativa, managing requirements intake, prioritization, and project delivery. **What you'll do** - Manage demand intake from business units, assess and prioritize requirements, and make go/no-go decisions - Lead project portfolio management, prioritize against available capacity, and plan quarterly with stakeholders - Oversee IT projects from requirement through acceptance and build service management processes with KPIs - Establish key-user networks per core system and mediate between competing business interests **What they're looking for** - Multiple years of IT project and demand management experience with hands-on requirement assessment and prioritization - Portfolio and capacity management expertise; strong understanding of ERP, CRM, document management, and e-commerce - Solid IT knowledge of architecture, operations, and data flows; ability to read interface specifications independently - Business process expertise for automation and system selection; assertiveness in stakeholder negotiations; fluent German and English **Details** - Location: Remote - Type: Permanent
