Build Dutchie's retail media advertising network by winning new dispensary accounts and expanding partnerships across the US and Canada. **What you'll do** - Prospect, pitch, and close new retailer accounts onto the retail media advertising platform - Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of prospective and existing retailer relationships across multiple states - Negotiate contractual ad agreements with dispensaries - Re-engage existing accounts to upsell new ad formats and relay dispensary feedback to product teams **What they're looking for** - Strong business development and relationship-management skills - Ability to negotiate commercial agreements and handle retailer concerns - Experience in supply-side sales or partnership roles - Comfort representing offerings at industry events **Details** - Location: Remote - Salary: $160,000–$200,000/year
