Cultivation Technician at PharmaCann in Hamptonburgh, NY, supporting all aspects of cannabis cultivation from seedling to harvest in a regulated, multi-state operation. **What you'll do** - Perform cultivation procedures safely and efficiently, complying with industry and OSHA regulations and PharmaCann SOPs - Maintain clean cultivation environment by removing cannabis waste and sanitizing rooms and tools daily - Assist in collecting data on plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems; meet productivity goals - Work as part of a high-performance team to accomplish cultivation objectives set by management **What they're looking for** - High school diploma or GED; age 21+ - Strong attention to detail, effective communication, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn - Team player with ability to work occasional weekends and holidays; proficient with digital inventory control systems - Physical capability to bend for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, handle a 15 lb backpack sprayer, and work in warm, humid environments while wearing PPE **Details** - Location: Hamptonburgh, NY - Type: Full-time - Salary: $20.90/hour + medical benefits, 401(k), and PTO
