Oversee multi-entity accounting operations and lead a team at STIIIZY's manufacturing and distribution hub in Vernon, California. **What you'll do** - Manage daily accounting operations across multiple legal entities (AP, AR, inventory, intercompany, general ledger) - Personally prepare and review reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries; support month-end and year-end close - Lead, mentor, and develop accounting professionals across stateside and overseas teams - Redesign processes and drive automation using Odoo, Databricks/SQL, Excel/VBA, and other tools **What they're looking for** - Strong leadership and hands-on accounting expertise with attention to detail - Experience with multi-entity consolidations and manufacturing/distribution accounting - Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements **Details** - Location: Vernon, United States - Type: Full-time
