Back of House Manager at PharmaCann in Galena, IL, full-time operations role managing inventory, compliance, and cash processes. **What you'll do** - Oversee inventory initiatives, cash reconciliation, and internal audits; ensure audit compliance - Supervise check-in/camera team and inventory team; conduct interviews and store walkthroughs - Perform risk analysis, test internal controls, and identify operational improvements - Ensure menu availability, merchandise presentation, and compliance with safety and security policies **What they're looking for** - Expert-level knowledge of cash reconciliation, inventory receiving, audits, and state tracking systems - Strong understanding of FIFO compliance, order fulfillment, and regulatory standards - Ability to deliver results and work cross-divisionally on strategic objectives - Experience with internal audits and operational process improvement **Details** - Location: Galena, IL - Type: Full-time - Salary: $22.00/hour
