Packaging Lead - 2nd Shift

Packaging Lead on 2nd shift at Cresco Labs' Yellow Springs, OH facility, leading and mentoring packaging operations. **What you'll do** - Lead and motivate packaging team members - Measure, package, and label products as directed; detect errors and communicate issues - Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality; print compliance labels - Maintain sanitary work environment and safely transport products to storage **What they're looking for** - At least 1–2 years (preferably 2–3 years) of hands-on factory, production, or manufacturing experience - Demonstrated experience training, leading, and mentoring junior staff or new hires - Strong attention to detail and understanding of delivery schedules and PWO prioritization - Commitment to highest standards of quality and compliance **Details** - Location: Yellow Springs, OH - Type: Not specified - Salary: $17/hour
