Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Flowhub in Miami, FL, owning the systems, data, and processes that run the go-to-market engine from first touch through billing. **What you'll do** - Architect and govern production Salesforce: object model, account hierarchy, validation rules, and automation approval - Own territories, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and the weekly Demand & Pipeline Operating Review - Manage the sales-to-billing handoff, compensation operations, and monthly commissions - Lead a RevOps specialist and use Claude, scheduled agents, and MCP workflows to automate repetitive work **What they're looking for** - Deep Salesforce expertise and comfort with CRM architecture at scale - Strong data skills: ability to work with BigQuery, billing platforms, and pipeline analytics - Hands-on builder mindset with leadership scope; detail-oriented and comfortable with high standards **Details** - Location: Miami, FL - Type: Full-time - Remote: On-site - Salary: $140,000–$160,000/year
