Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Parallel's Surterra Wellness in Ocala, FL, serving patients and customers with expert cannabis knowledge and exceptional service. **What you'll do** - Deliver best-in-class customer service, build rapport, and provide expert cannabis recommendations on therapy goals, effects, potency, and dosing - Participate in patient intake, maintain confidential records per state and HIPAA regulations, and process POS transactions accurately - Escalate customer complaints professionally, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations **What they're looking for** - Age 21+, high school diploma, valid government ID, and 1+ year retail or customer-service experience - Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong attention to detail and multitasking ability - Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer operation - Ability to manage difficult situations professionally **Details** - Location: Ocala, FL - Type: Part-time - Shifts: At least 2 evenings (3:30–8:30 pm) and one weekend day; typically 3–5 hours per shift, 15–20 hours/week
