Production Technician at Curaleaf in Webster, MA, packaging and labeling premium cannabis products with a focus on quality and compliance. **What you'll do** - Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks - Conduct in-process and final quality checks including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing - Maintain 100% compliance in data recording, product tracking, and secure packaging - Keep extraction room organized, clean, and inspection-ready while following OSHA standards and Curaleaf SOPs **What they're looking for** - Hands-on production pro with eye for detail and focus on consistency - Eager to learn and be trained on various production equipment and SOPs - Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency over extended periods **Details** - Location: Webster, MA - Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt - Shift: 7:00 am–3:30 pm - Salary: $18.00/hour USD
