Packaging Lead on 2nd shift at Cresco Labs facility in Joliet, IL, overseeing product packaging, labeling, and quality compliance. **What you'll do** - Lead and motivate team through packaging, measuring, labeling, and quality control tasks - Operate and troubleshoot automation equipment used in packaging various product types - Create compliance labels and manage production workflow based on schedules - Maintain sanitary work environment and safely transport products to storage areas **What they're looking for** - Ability to detect errors, communicate issues, and prioritize tasks based on production schedules - Understanding of production processes and how work orders relate to operations - Commitment to highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance - Leadership capability to guide team members through task completion **Details** - Location: Joliet, IL - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM - Salary: $21.25/hour
