Lead Cultivation Agent at Cresco Labs in Marshall, MI, leading a team in cannabis plant production and quality control within a growing facility. **What you'll do** - Lead and support cultivation staff, delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians - Serve as resource for team on products, policies, procedures, industry news, and regulatory changes - Oversee quality control measures and monitor plant health and production standards - Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the production area **What they're looking for** - Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and regulatory compliance - Leadership and team management skills - Ability to resolve conflicts and respond to staff concerns **Details** - Location: Marshall, MI - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm - Salary: $21.00/hour
