Lead Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf's Phoenix, AZ facility, driving inventory accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment. **What you'll do** - Perform detailed inventory counts, audits, and system updates to maintain precise records across warehouse operations - Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely handle and move product, ensuring proper storage and damage prevention - Maintain compliance by collecting, auditing, and filing documentation in line with state cannabis regulations - Lead and mentor inventory personnel while managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP data and warehouse systems **What they're looking for** - Proven experience operating powered industrial trucks in warehouse or manufacturing environments - Strong understanding of inventory controls with hands-on cycle count and ERP system experience - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to balance accuracy with efficiency while following strict regulatory requirements **Details** - Location: Phoenix, AZ - Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt - Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm - Salary: $21.50/hour
